Is there parking?
We have an ample car park to the rear of the building where you can leave the car for the duration of your stay.
Can we leave our car in your car park to explore on foot?
Yes, of course. Please bear in mind, however, that the nearest village is seven miles away. Please also note that our buses only run once every two hours. We have a timetable, should you need the bus times.
Do you allow pets?
We can accommodate some pets. Please phone us to discuss the matter before booking.
What time do you lock up in the evening?
Our doors are open until 11.30pm but we can often accommodate a later return, providing you let us know in advance. Please note that we are unable to accommodate late a return unless it has been agreed in advance.
Where are you?
We are on the main A470. Once you reach Erwood we are on the left if you are travelling from Builth Wells and on the right if you are coming from Brecon.
Do you accept credit cards?
Unfortunately we don’t take credit cards as we are a small business. We do, however, accept cash or cheques with a valid banker’s card.
Dietary Requirements
We are happy to accommodate particular dietary requirements, providing you let us know in advance. We offer a traditional Welsh breakfast, and offer a vegetarian version too.
Private Baths
Our family room is a shared bathroom, though we do have an en-suite double bedroom. We are an 18th Century building and our layout is traditional.
Disabled Access
Due to the layout of our stairs we are unable to offer accommodation for those who find stairs difficult, but we are always willing to accommodate where possible. Ring us and ask, if you are unsure.
Smoking
We have a no-smoking policy in all our rooms, though you are welcome to smoke in our garden.
Deposits and Cancellations
We ask for a minimum 10% deposit upon booking. A deposit secures your booking. The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. (Rooms cancelled less than two days in advance may incur the full cost if it is not possible to re-let them.) Please note that your booking is not secure until your deposit is received. If you plan to arrive after 8pm please let us know beforehand, otherwise we reserve the right to re-let the room.
